Damn, Enfield used to be a really good bike. What happened to their reliability factor? I know from owning a pair of 64 Bonneville 650s that the classic Brit bikes are a pain in the butt to ride very often/far. You'd figure that by 95, some of the quirks would have been worked out. Oh well, I guess the Indians reaaly did make a faithful copy of the original style engineering. I kind of like it, would prefer the look with a solo seat better. Lisa didn't seem to care for it, but then, she hated having two deceased Triumphs sitting in the yard for a couple years until I could con my friend into hauling them off. Think I got the better end of that deal? Two complete chassis, one motor/trans unit(holed inner cases), one tank, no seats, few extra parts. Man, was I ever glad to see them go. M
